04/16/2015 #06 - They have dug the footings for the addition in back. They will lay rebar in the trenches, then fill them with concrete. The footings will support the walls, like the footing in the Rehearsal Hall will support that wall. Notice how that twine is tied to the batter boards to guide the digging of the footers. The digging of the footings for the offices addition cannot commence yet because a utility must move some stuff first. |
